Golden Goddess Salad Dressing

“I’m a tall ship cook, I prefer to cook with water beneath me, no land in sight and lots of mouths to feed. I like to play with bold flavors, pushing people’s taste buds in new directions and using a recipe as a guideline, my hands are my measuring spoons.”
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- ¼ c apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ c mayo
- ¾ c canola oil (not olive oil, too much flavor)
Directions: Stick everything in a blender in the order indicated and blend till smooth and fully homogenized.
